Frazer Jones is working with a well-established organisation based in Bath, currently seeking an HR Officer to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to increased HR activity and high volumes of work, offering a great chance to gain valuable experience and further develop your HR expertise.

About the Role

This is a hands-on generalist role where you’ll support the HR function across a range of operational activities around the employee life cycle as well as HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support with all administration around the employee life cycle
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update internal systems
  • Assist with employee relations cases, including minute-taking and documentation
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a busy environment
  • Solid understanding of the employee life cycle and onboarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Comfortable with HR systems and Microsoft Office
