Job summary

Homey is seeking an experienced UK HR Manager to own the HR function for its UK operations. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations and offboarding.

You will report to leadership and UK Brand Leads, ensuring robust people standards and UK compliance. You will influence culture, handle sensitive matters confidently and drive improvements across recruitment, compliance and people development, with direct

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or equivalent senior HR role in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Experience managing performance, probation and capability processes.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding.
• Good understanding of UK payroll, benefits and compensation processes.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of absence, attendance and workplace conduct management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional judgement.
• Ability to challenge managers and employees when standards are not being met.
