The HR Manager, Transportation oversees all people operations supporting Nevoya’s driver workforce across all operating states. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, developing the systems, policies, and culture that help drivers perform at their best. You’ll manage regional HR staff, partner with operations leaders, and build programs that promote compliance, fairness, and engagement in a fast‑growing EV trucking environment.
