Job summary

A global people-focused company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations remotely across the UK, India, and the US. You will manage all aspects of HR from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance and driving engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of UK employment law and prior experience in a similar role. This position offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, knowledge of India or US practices advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 5 and above or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR activities across the UK, India, and the US.
  • Handle employee relations matters confidentially and fairly.
  • Oversee onboarding, contracts, engagement initiatives, and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Coordinate performance conversations and engagement check-ins.
  • Maintain and update HR policies across all entities.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.

We’re excited to be partnering with a global, people focused business in their search for a confident and 'hands on' HR Manager to take ownership of the daily HR operations and ensure their people processes run seamlessly across teams in the UK, India, and the US. The Role

As HR Manager, you’ll lead the HR department by delivering efficient, effective HR operations across the business. You’ll be a trusted partner to both managers and employees, combining practical HR knowledge with genuine care for people. You’ll oversee everything from onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance across multiple regions and drive engagement & development initiatives that keep the business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR activities across the UK, India, and the US
  • Handle employee relations matters fairly, confidentially and in line with best practice and policy
  • Oversee onboarding, contracts, engagement initiatives and offboarding with accuracy and care
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering clear and timely HR guidance
  • Coordinate probation reviews, engagement check-ins, and performance conversations
  • Maintain and update HR policies and processes across all entities
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR system accuracy
About You
  • Proven hands on experience managing HR operations across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law (knowledge of India or US practices would be an advantage)
  • CIPD Level 5 and above (or equivalent qualification)
  • Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously and within a fully remote setting
