You will assist in the recruitment lifecycle, facilitate onboarding, ensure legal compliance, and monitor HR data. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD diploma and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 Diploma or working towards.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Organise Apprentices and Work Experience Students.
• Monitor and track Absence Management Process.
• Collect and analyse HR data to generate reports.
• Act as HR support in formal meetings.
