Are you a senior HR professional looking for a role where you can shape strategy and deliver impact? We are supporting a confidential client in the search for a HR Manager to lead their HR function across a multi-site, highly regulated organisation. This role requires a strong HR leader with a proven track record of managing complex recruitment demands, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for the HR department, providing leadership and strategic direction.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Board to influence and support organisational goals.
  • Lead high-volume, complex recruitment campaigns to ensure staffing levels meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Learning & Development, ensuring training is compliant and equips staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Ensure HR processes are fully compliant with legislation, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention and culture strategies across the group.
  • Provide managers with the tools and guidance to handle HR matters effectively and consistently.
  • Represent the organisation externally and build partnerships with professional bodies, regulators and stakeholders.
About You
  • Experience in a regulated environment, ideally with knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
  • Demonstrable success in leading high-volume, complex recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven ability to work strategically while also being hands-on when required.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience reporting to board level.
  • A track record of delivering HR strategies that improve retention, engagement and compliance.
