HR Manager – Professional Services (Part-Time)

A highly regarded law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help build and shape their HR function, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, manage grievances and disciplinaries, and coach managers on best practice.
  • Talent & Performance: Support recruitment, oversee performance management processes, and drive initiatives to develop and retain talent.
  • Reward & Benefits: Assist with salary reviews, liaise with payroll, and benchmark benefits to ensure competitiveness.
  • Employee Experience: Lead engagement initiatives, promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and ensure policies are up to date and consistently applied.
  • Data & Insights: Produce HR metrics and reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the Partnership.
  • HR Administration: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practice.
Candidate Profile
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
