Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a strategic and hands‑on role within the education sector? We are seeking a HR Manager to join us and lead the delivery of consistent, compliant and effective HR practices across multiple schools.

Description
  • Provide expert HR advice to school leaders on complex cases including absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
  • Lead HR review meetings and support due diligence for new schools joining the Trust.
  • Manage key HR processes including onboarding, contract changes, payroll updates, and compliance checks.
  • Oversee recruitment and safer recruitment practices, ensuring statutory compliance (DBS, right‑to‑work, SCR).
  • Deliver accurate HR data reporting, performance management analytics, and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
  • Implement HR policies and drive process improvements across the Trust.
Profile
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Proven HR experience within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and promoting the welfare of children.
Job Offer
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office or at schools.
  • 36.5 hours per week.
  • Length of contract: Start date: Fri 01/01/2026 - End date: Fri 31/07/2026.
