A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR generalist for a part-time 12-month FTC. This role balances hands-on support and strategic input, focusing on fostering an inclusive workplace and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Responsibilities include advising on HR matters, guiding employees through their lifecycle, and leading wellbeing initiatives. The position offers a hybrid work model.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all people matters. You’ll balance hands-on operational support with strategic input, helping us build an even stronger, more inclusive culture while keeping us legally compliant and commercially focused.
This is part time (20 hours a week) 12-month FTC working on a hybrid basis with time spent in the office and home/remote.
