Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm or 08:30am - 17:00pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our client’s growing manufacturing facility in Port Talbot.

Are you an experienced and hands-on HR professional looking for a standalone role where you would truly make an impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the go-to person for all HR matters across the workforce within a varied position where you’ll partner closely with managers, technicians and senior leaders supporting everything from recruitment and training to employee relations and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead all day to day HR operations, acting as the primary contact for managers and employees
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and development processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies and company procedures
  • Report on key HR metrics
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development activities
  • Support organizational change and culture initiatives that make the company a great place to work
  • Provide general HR administration and occasional office support as required
About you
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Must have experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working independently in a standalone HR position
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions focused with a passion for supporting people and improving processes
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
