Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in recruitment, redundancy, and building line manager capability?

We are delighted to be supporting a UK charity working to end domestic abuse by focusing on those who perpetrate harm and promoting safe, effective practice across the sector. This organisation is navigating a period of organisational change and growth and needs a skilled HR Manager to ensure its people practices align with its mission and values.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead on redundancy and restructure processes, manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and work closely with line managers to build capability and embed a positive, inclusive culture. • Developing line managers through training, toolkits, and coaching
  • Reviewing and maintaining HR policies and systems
  • Promoting anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practices across all people processes

  • Strong recruitment lifecycle experience
  • Track record of developing and delivering training for managers
