Join Our Leadership Team - Site HR Manager (Tannochside). Location: Tannochside, Scotland. Division: SW Print Division. Reports to: Site General Manager.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to join our team at Tannochside, stepping into a pivotal role as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our site, influence strategic decisions, and lead a high-performing HR function that blends hands-on operational excellence with forward-thinking strategy.

About The Role

As Site HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business - a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a key decision-maker. You’ll lead the HR agenda across the site, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

This role is a true mix of transactional and strategic HR - from managing employee relations and compliance to driving workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
