A leading logistics and supply chain provider in Northampton is seeking an experienced HR Manager. You will drive workplace culture, manage HR policies, and lead a team in a dynamic environment. Here at GXO, we\'re looking for a confident and experienced HR Manager to join our NHS Supply Chain contact based in Crick. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you\'ll lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a people strategy that drives culture, performance, and compliance.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You\'ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.
