What You'll Lead
  • Designing and executing the full HR roadmap for the site.
  • Developing and deploying HR strategies aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Driving organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Leading employee relations with confidence and clarity, ensuring a fair, compliant, and engaging employee experience.
  • Championing a high‑performance culture across engineering, production, and support teams.
  • Collaborating with union representatives and industry bodies when required.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on all HR matters, from succession planning to change management.
