Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our BT contract supporting our site in Lutterworth. The successful candidate will partner with operational and HR Leadership teams to deliver a people plan, drive engagement, lead change, and embed our values. They'll act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and a mentor to the HR team.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00, with some flexibility required.
