Job Overview

Our client, a growing, dynamic property management company in Finchley, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage all aspects of HR for their team. This is a brand new, hands‑on role where you’ll implement HR processes, support our staff, and help the business grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: advertising roles, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Conduct inductions and manage HR‑related queries across all levels of staff.
  • Handle disciplinaries and other employee relations matters.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with regulations.
  • Monitor attendance and manage records using Bright HR system.
  • Work closely with staff, including supervision of cleaning or support teams when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, HR administration and staff management.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, go‑getter attitude.
  • Experience working with SMEs, property or small teams is advantageous.
  • Bright, organized and capable of implementing HR processes.
  • Previous dedicated HR role not required, but experience in HR functions is essential.
  • This role will be fully office based.
