Job description

A prestigious global firm is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join its team, based in London, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The organisation embraces flexibility and hybrid working so you can work from home 3 days per week if preferred.

The organisation is committed to building a diverse team that is representative of all sections of society and to sustaining a culture that celebrates difference, encourages authenticity, and creates a deep sense of belonging. They recognise that by embracing innovative and creative ways of thinking and fostering an inclusive culture they will collaborate more effectively and achieve better outcomes.

You will exemplify the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and kindness, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a first-class HR service to the firm. Although the business is high-profile it has a small headcount of 60, so this is very much a hands‑on operational role.

You will be a personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy in an SME environment. You will be an accomplished HR generalist with CIPD accreditation and excellent employee relations experience.

You will manage and mentor an HR Advisor and lead on employee engagement and L&D initiatives. You will work to ensure that the culture remains supportive and inclusive and that continuous improvement and professional excellence are woven into the fabric of the firm.

This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a capable HR Manager to join an impressive organisation that offers an extensive range of benefits.
