You will be an accomplished HR generalist with CIPD accreditation and excellent employee relations experience.

You will manage and mentor an HR Advisor and lead on employee engagement and L&D initiatives. You will work to ensure that the culture remains supportive and inclusive and that continuous improvement and professional excellence are woven into the fabric of the firm.
