Hours: Full-time, Permanent

We re seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead the HR function at our clients Lincolnshire site. You ll drive a positive, proactive culture, ensure full UK employment law compliance, and support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to training and performance.
