Our client, a rapidly expanding robotics company in the defence and security, automotive, and aerospace sectors, is currently seeking an HR Manager. This permanent role offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with global guidelines from the HQ.
  • Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Developing and overseeing benefits programmes and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Providing support for workforce planning and development initiatives.
Job Requirements
