Job summary

A well-established manufacturing business in Coventry is seeking an HR Manager to provide first line HR advice and support to managers and employees. You will assist in the recruitment lifecycle, facilitate onboarding, ensure legal compliance, and monitor HR data. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD diploma and strong communication skills. Qualifications

Shift / Hours: Mon- Fri 8AM-5PM

The Role

As a HR Manager, you'll be responsible for first line HR advice and support to managers and employees. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, and selection processes / support the leaver process including Exit Interviews
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures such as Right To Work
  • Organising Apprentices and Work Experience Students
  • Monitor and track Absence Management Process including supporting managers with Return-to-Workcompletion
  • Collect and analyse HR data to generate reports on key HR metrics
  • Act as HR support and note taker in formal meetings
About You:
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Diploma or working towards
  • Very competent in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven experience in implementing HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance
