HR Manager

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an exponentially growing, long-established and multi-site manufacturing business in Dungannon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to take the next step up in their HR career or HR Manager to take ownership of the full employee lifecyle whilst driving organisational growth and having the support of the wider team.

What will you do as HR Manager?

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the whole employee lifecycle alongside the support of the HR Executive, Training Manager and Health and Safety Manager. Duties include:

  • Managing the full talent management process including liaising with line managers to identify requirements, headhunting top-tier talent and conducting interviews
  • Devising succession planning frameworks to enhance and promote internal talent within the business.
  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures to remain compliant with current employment legislation
  • Creating absence and performance management procedures to reduce absence and monitor and improve the performance of employees
  • Liaising with management to review and implement a new HR System to streamline HR Administration processes
  • Collaborating with the Health and Safety Manager to review existing protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Providing HR Advisory support on all employee relations cases
What will you require as HR Manager?
  • Previous experience as a HR Manager or HR Manager
  • Skilled in leading on talent mapping, succession planning and employee relations
  • Proficient in absence and performance review activities, implementing policies and exposure to health and safety
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
