A leading automotive company in Coventry is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR transformation, compliance, and global mobility programmes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in stakeholder management, a strong knowledge of HR law, and a relevant degree. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HR Manager in the Group HR Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
This position blends the disciplines of project management, organisational design and development, global mobility, and HR transformation. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategy, policies, and practices, while ensuring compliance with global standards and supporting complex, EU‑wide HR initiatives.
This role is working on behalf of Lotus Technology Innovative LTD .
It is an on‑site role, 5 days per week, based in Coventry
1. Demonstrated track record of leading complex HR programmes from conception to completion.
2. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law across multiple countries.
3. Experience working in a global, commercial, or automotive environment.
4. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
5. Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive change at all levels.
6. Strong intercultural communication skills; fluent English essential, additional European languages desirable.
7. Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
8. Chartered CIPD (or international equivalent) preferred.
