A dynamic SME business in Chelsea is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of their HR function. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, manage complex employee relations, and provide strategic HR advice, requiring a strong understanding of UK employment law. This full-time, office-based role offers a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 and promises an exciting and autonomous working environment.
This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of the HR offering within a commercially driven SME sized business based in Chelsea. The HR Manager will lead across the entire HR lifecycle with the support of a HR Assistant. The role will help shape the workforce strategy, manage complex employee relations, and deliver commercially driven solutions that directly influence business performance.
This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and driving pragmatic, results-focused HR initiatives.
This role requires you to be onsite 5 days per week in Chelsea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and establishing workforce models, managing sensitive employee relations cases, and optimising performance and cost across the business. The business is circa 60 employees so this will be a hands-on role that demands confidence, speed, and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist that has worked in commercial businesses within retail, FMCG or distribution however, sector experience is not essential but it is important to have worked in a fast paced environment. You will have had full ownership of HR from recruitment and onboarding to exit and offboarding. This role will incorporate ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and employee records maintained and secure.
