A leading recruitment agency in London is looking for an experienced HR Manager for a temporary role with the potential for extension. In this dynamic position, you will manage Employee Relations cases, provide guidance on HR policies, and support senior leadership with HR analytics. Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience and a CIPD qualification. This role offers a pay rate of £35-£42 per hour with hybrid working options.

Position Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 8 weeks (with possible extension)
  • Pay Rate: £35‑£42 per hour
  • Location: London Victoria (Hybrid working available)
  • Hours: 9 am – 5:30 pm, 3–4 days a week
Key Responsibilities

As our Senior HR Manager, you will:

  • Manage all Employee Relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance to the wider team on HR policies and procedures.
  • Review and update company policies and contracts to align with UK employment law.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Produce HR reports and analytics for senior leadership.
  • Analyse recent employee engagement surveys and design improvement initiatives based on results and feedback.
  • Support the HR function and wider SMT where required.
Experience & Skills Required
