Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment? We are partnering with a prestigious luxury retail brand to appoint a Standalone HR Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering a full generalist HR service across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with leaders to ensure a high-performance, inclusive culture and an exceptional employee experience aligned to the brand’s luxury values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on HR support across all generalist activities including employee relations, performance, recruitment, onboarding and HR operations
  • Coach and partner with managers to enhance leadership capability and drive engagement
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Lead on any HR projects or process improvements as required
  • Own payroll submission and HR administration with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Champion wellbeing, employee experience and operational excellence
