• Resolve conflicts, address grievances, manage disciplinary actions, foster positive culture, and handle union relations if applicable.
• Support safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, manage incident reporting.
• Implement goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure competitive pay.
