Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a manufacturing background for a Cheltenham-based role. You will own the HR function, driving improvements and shaping services across the business.

Key responsibilities include building new processes, managing a small team, maintaining employee relations, supporting learning and development, recruitment and contract management. The position offers £50,000–£65,000 and 37-hour week, with generous benefits and flexible working

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner level role.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
• Confidence balancing strategic HR activities with hands-on operational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process development.
• Degree qualification and CIPD qualification preferred.

Are you an experienced HR Manager from a manufacturing background?

This role offers the chance to take ownership of HR within a well-established business, building on solid foundations while helping evolve and improve HR practices and services. This HR Manager role has an operational and cultural focus whereby you will be building solutions to drive improvements and effectively managing change within the business.
