Overview

HR Manager - Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an exciting organisation based in County Antrim who are looking to add an HR Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.

This is a varied and impactful role, offering the opportunity to shape the employee experience across the organisation covering multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all People and Culture initiatives, including; recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and digitising processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee journey from hire to retire.
  • Support managers to develop capability, embed accountability, and foster a culture where people can do their best work.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative initiatives that attract, grow, and retain talent, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Manage people elements of business transformation projects, helping teams navigate change while preserving the organisation's core values.
Ideal candidate
  • Experience at a similar level within an NI based organisation.
  • CIPD level 5 minimum.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulations in both Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering change.
