As an HRMI Analyst, you will provide critical support to the HR Manager and Head of HR, undertaking vital data and system-based activities. Your primary focus will be on producing monthly KPI reports, crafting engaging Power BI dashboards, and ensuring our HR systems are optimised for performance. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, assisting with employee engagement surveys, and managing pivotal HR digital forms—all in alignment with our Vision 2030 strategic goals. Your analytical prowess will shape key reports that inform decision‑making across the company, driving improvements in recruitment, learning, and development whilst ensuring our processes remain agile and effective.
