Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in law, HR, or a client-facing role.

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain client HR files and systems.
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Draft employment documents using established templates.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities.
