Location: Exeter area

12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Hybrid)

Salary: 29K - 32.5K per annum depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR & Learning Officer to join a supportive and forward-thinking People team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

In this varied role, you will support Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. You will help design and deliver engaging training sessions, coordinate firmwide events, and play a key part in recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.

This role requires flexibility and regular travel between offices, particularly to our Plymouth and Exeter locations, to support team activities.
