Job title: HR IT Project Specialist
Contract: Fixed term – 12–18 months initially with potential for extension
Location: The post can be held in either UK (Hitchin, Hertfordshire) or DK (Gladsaxe)
Travel: Occasional to regular travel between our European sites
Remuneration: £42,500 – £50,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pension employer contribution based on qualified earnings (5% UK, 10% DK).
25 days annual leave.
The postholder will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR IT Project Support Specialist to join our Human Resources Technology team. This role serves as the critical link between our HR function and operational teams, ensuring that HR technology solutions are designed, tested, and implemented effectively to align with our business goals and processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project execution, quality assurance, and end‑user adoption of a new HRIS System.
