Job description

Our client is seeking an HR Systems Support Analyst with Advanced Excel expertise, including proficiency in pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The HR Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ongoing administration, maintenance, operation, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as the wider technology stack within HR. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring data accuracy and integrity by performing data audits.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and controls, and supporting the delivery and implementation of improvements.
  • Ensuring appropriate system access is maintained for individuals using permission roles.
  • Supporting the annual compensation review process, including data input, reconciliation, and cleansing.
  • Ensuring the system maintains best practices relating to sensitive information and relevant regulations, such as GDPR.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting and analytics, including:

  • Coordinating the preparation, production, and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Supporting HR metrics or dashboards that contribute to performance trends, business goals, and process development.
  • Using Excel to prepare and present data for various stakeholders.

In addition, the HR Systems Support Analyst will provide end-user support, including delivering system training to new joiners and offering ongoing training as needed. The role will also involve system administration and support, including acting as the first point of contact for system users and reporting queries, maintaining foundation objects in SuccessFactors, and supporting system actions based on the HR/yearly calendar.
