This position is primarily responsible for conducting thorough, prompt, and objective reviews into discipline, employee performance concerns and other conflict resolution issues. The Employee Services Advisor handles all HR Employee Services work including investigations into allegations of misconduct, potential policy violations and other HR related investigations, as well as conducting reviews into performance and complaints, and guidance on fitness for duty / disability case management.

What you will do
  • Responsible for intake, research, investigation planning, interviews, and data collection, completing a written report and communicating an appropriate summary to relevant parties including recommendations.
  • Serves as an advisor to leadership and HR business partners regarding levels of discipline, how to effectively hold performance and discipline related conversation, and management of team conflict.
  • Compiles all investigation data within the appropriate case management database and analyzes trends with business leaders and HR teams.
  • Collaborates closely with various business line managers, Law department and other HR teams on all aspect of an incident or case consultation, including first contact, follow up with business line, investigation, recommendations, etc.
