  • Act as a point of contact for Prod-Co employees and freelance contractors, addressing queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Deliver and manage “Respect in the Workplace” (RITW) training across productions, ensuring full compliance and accurate attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate and support production-wide meetings, including kick-off sessions and HR briefings.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Manage employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with the Employment Law team to ensure alignment with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law, union agreements, and industry best practices.
HR Operations & Systems
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in HR systems (SAP, myHR), including drafting documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Oversee payroll coordination for Prod-Co staff, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Set up and promote access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for productions.
Strategic Projects & Initiatives
  • Collaborate with Global Production HR on initiatives that enhance the production employee experience.
  • Contribute to broader HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviews.
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned.
