About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations at our Debrecen site. You will manage recruitment activities, onboarding, documentation, employee relations, HR administration, and support business leaders and colleagues in day-to-day HR matters.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, trainers, quality supervisors, and other operational leaders to ensure smooth processes, compliance with internal regulations, and a positive employee experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Debrecen location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities: writing engaging job ads, sourcing candidates, and managing applicants throughout the process (from first contact to onboarding, offers, and ATS administration)
  • Cooperate with other HR teams, business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to build effective recruitment strategies
  • Participate in on-site hiring events including school, university, and local job fairs
  • Organize and contribute to company community events
  • Support labour-market research and HR strategy development
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the social media and employer branding strategy
  • Coordinate relocation and accommodation arrangements for new employees
  • Support employee training processes
  • Handle HR-related B2B contracts
  • Prepare headcount reports and manage the recruitment budget
  • Lead offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews
  • Manage workwear and employee equipment distribution and coordinate procurement needs
  • Organize medical aptitude examinations and ensure accurate documentation
  • Prepare, check, and issue onboarding documents, employment contracts, amendments, and personal files (employees, leased staff, students)
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE, fire safety, and workplace safety regulations
  • Participate in regular training sessions and follow all internal standards and instructions
  • Support 5S implementation and maintain workplace organization standards
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Valid driving license
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and responsibility
  • Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work
  • Willingness to comply with internal standards, safety rules, and QHSE requirements
Nice to Have
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or automotive environment
  • Knowledge of 5S, QHSE, or similar management systems
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems
  • Social media or employer branding experience
