A leading energy data services firm is seeking an HR support professional to provide comprehensive HR assistance throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing HR policy updates, long-term sickness absence, and compiling reports for stakeholders. Candidates should have CIPD Level 5, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. To provide professional HR support to the business for the entire life cycle of our employees, adhering to legislation and assessing the commercial risk, whilst sharing best practise throughout the business, also assisting the wider HR team with projects for the business to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
To act as a first point of service for all management, escalating to HRD when required and liaise with all management to adhere to service level agreements with each area of HR recruitment, ER, LTS, turnover statistics.
