  • Proven experience as an HR Executive.
  • Ability to research employment law issues and apply them pragmatically.
  • Experience establishing strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
  • Leading performance management and grievance issues.
  • Monitoring absence and wellbeing across the Company.
  • Supervising and coaching HR Assistants.
  • Partnering with senior leaders for recruitment needs.
  • Contributing to HR reporting and retention strategies.

Education

CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it
