About the role:

Our HR team is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven HR Executive who loves people, process, and making things run smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity to build hands‑on HR experience across multiple countries, supporting global teams including the UK, India, and the US. You’ll be the person who keeps our HR operations tight, compliant, and employee‑centric - from onboarding to offboarding, lifecycle administration to data accuracy.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR queries with professionalism and warmth
  • Prepare contracts, letters, salary changes, and policy docs
  • Ensure compliance across our operating regions with guidance from the HR Manager & COO
  • Own onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation, system setups)
  • Support with probation reviews, performance cycles, and exit processes
  • Track and maintain accurate records across absence, leave, benefits, and bonuses
  • Provide flawless support to employees and managers across multiple time zones
  • Support global HR initiatives (new policies, HRIS automation, templates)
  • Assist with reporting and metrics (headcount, turnover, sickness, hiring)
  • Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and people initiatives
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in HR administration/coordination (in‑house or shared service)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment basics
  • High attention to detail – accuracy matters here
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity

  • Experience using an HRIS
