A leading service provider in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Employee Relations Advisor based in Birmingham. You will handle complex ER issues while leveraging the latest technologies to deliver high-quality service. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and legal experts, conduct policy reviews, and support managers in enhancing the workplace. You will have ownership of your own caseload of complex ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law whilst having the chance to utilise the latest technologies including Mitie's own case management system to remotely delivery a high-quality service. We are looking for passionate HR/ER professionals who have a good level of knowledge of ER Policy, Employment Laws and can manage a varied case load. Mitie work within a HR Shared Service Centre 'People Support' so experience working in this environment is desirable. You'll be a true people person with the ability to drive a strong positive experience with respect and confidentiality. As a curious thinker, you will be able to use different approaches to situations and help to coach and provide accurate ER advice to our managers. Ideally, you will hold a CIPD qualification at Levels 3, 5 or 7; however, we can provide support through studies should you wish to further your training.
