Job summary

A local charity in Cheltenham is seeking an HR Advisor to provide employee relations expertise and support the HR Director with key projects. The role requires around 3 years of HR/ER experience and a strong understanding of best HR practices and employment law. You will contribute to fostering a positive work culture and ensure compliance with HR best practices. The salary for this position is £36,000 annually, with additional perks such as 25 days of annual leave, health cash plans, and discounts on local services.
