A global financial services company in London seeks an ER Advisory Lead to manage a team handling workplace issues. Responsibilities include providing guidance on employee-related matters, conducting investigations, and designing training programs. You'll be working in the Employee Relations team in London. We provide trusted specialist ER advice and carry out investigations related to employee behavior, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employee-related matters and mitigating potential risk to our brand. As the ER Advisory lead, you’ll play an important role in identifying and highlighting ER trends and proposing preventative measures.
