HR Director – Fully Remote

Location: Remote (UK based and you must be based in the UK with the full right to work and not on sponsorship). Salary: Competitive plus bonus | Full-time Executive Role.

About the Role

Are you a standalone HR leader who thrives in fully remote, high-growth organisations? Do you want to shape culture, performance, and people strategy in a purpose-driven company?

We're looking for a HR Director to report directly to the CEO and lead the design and delivery of our people strategy. You'll build HR frameworks, embed sustainability into our culture, and ensure our clients teams thrive, no matter where they work.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations as a standalone leader.
  • Implement performance frameworks that drive accountability.
  • Champion remote-first culture, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and fairness across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise the CEO on organisational design, leadership development and culture transformation.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in HR, including 5+ years in a senior HR role.
  • Proven experience building and running HR in fully remote, multicultural organisations.
  • Expertise in both strategic HR planning and operational execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor law (UK & Europe).
  • Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.
  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD 7 preferred).
  • Competencies: Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, adaptable, influential, and a natural culture-builder.
