HR Data & Systems Specialist - Remote (commutable to London) - Perm - £30K - £40K

We're delighted to be partnering with a growing tech-driven organisation, now looking to bring an HR Data & Systems Specialist into their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused environment, working remotely with occasional travel to London once every 6 - 8 weeks.

In this role, you'll support a varied portfolio of customers, helping to deliver solutions, enhance their experience and contribute to the continued development of the product.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Data Analyst & Systems Specialist, your role will involve :

Data & Analysis

• Validating and preparing customer data for system input
• Analysing basic data sets with the wider team, with opportunities to work on larger and more complex data over time
• Utilising strong Excel skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data processes

Implementation & Systems Support

• Configuring product features and tailoring system changes based on customer requirements
• Troubleshooting system queries, identifying root causes and providing clear, concise solutions
• Translating technical terminology into simple, accessible language for customers
• Working confidently with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
