We are working with a leading financial services organisation to find a HR Data Specialist to join their London based Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR processes in a fast-paced environment and play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s continued success.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for data, governance, and operational excellence? We are seeking an HR Data Specialist to join our client, a global bank providing a wide range of financial services to retail, private and business clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting key HR processes and contributing to the success of a leading financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & MI: Analyse and present people data on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis. Provide insights from onboarding and exit interview data to support decision-making.
  • Data Privacy & Risk Management: Act as the HR data Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining data integrity within HR systems.
  • House in Order Activities: Support procurement processes, manage third-party contracts owned by HR, and track annual HR projects and objectives.
  • HR Processes: Develop trackers and datasets to support various HR activities while maintaining knowledge of technology changes impacting the business.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll systems (experience with ADP or SuccessFactors is advantageous).
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysing data and presenting insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of GDPR requirements related to HR activities.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and Qualtrics for reporting purposes.
  • Experience with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Preferred Background
  • Experience working in banking or financial services (not essential but desirable).
  • Awareness of regulatory and legal frameworks related to HR.
