A leading investment platform business in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Data Analysis and IS Manager for a 14-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will design and deliver HR management information, lead a team, and ensure data integrity. You will need degree-level education and strong experience in HR systems. A hybrid working model is offered with a minimum of 50% time spent in the office.

As the HR Data Analysis and IS Manager, you ll be responsible for the design and delivery of HR management information and reporting. You ll lead a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure our HR systems are robust, insightful, and user-friendly.
