A leading University in the UK is seeking two HR Coordinators to join their friendly team. You will provide professional HR support, advise on policies, coordinate recruitment, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate has HR administration experience, strong communication skills, and a vocational qualification. The position is available immediately, with applications closing on 23 November 2025.
We are looking to recruit two HR Coordinators to join our friendly team. We provide professional HR support to the Faculty of Human, Social and Political Science, the Department of History and Philosophy of Science and the Department of Land Economy.
You will: have experience of HR administration, demonstrable knowledge of employment law and be able to work well with a wide range of people; be confident in giving advice and be able to interpret and explain University policies and procedures.
Be a skilled communicator, a diplomat, a problem solver and able to handle competing demands on your time. The ability to plan time‑sensitive work and attention to detail is critical.
Be educated to HND/HNC level, level 4/5 vocational qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
