  • Administer changes via ADP and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and report on FTE headcount data.
  • Facilitate benefit onboarding for new hires.
  • Manage end-to-end job and payroll changes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities.
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across HR processes.
