Job summary

A large public sector organisation in Lisburn is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join their HR team. This role involves providing administrative support to the recruitment team and maintaining records. Candidates should have at least 5 GCSE passes and 3 years of administrative experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support across the recruitment team.
  • Maintain the documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
  • Administer HR invoices, including raising purchase orders and payments.
  • Provide support and advice to line managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training on Information Systems and aspects of Induction.

What you’ll do
  • Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the recruitment team.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
  • Be responsible for the administration of HR invoices to include raising purchase orders, coding and payment in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
  • Provide support and advice to line managers in relation to the implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
  • Carry out on‑the‑job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
