Job summary

Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HR team. This is a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role with an annual salary of £30,157.77 and a 52‑week contract. You will support the HR function, maintain accurate employee records, and help drive effective people processes.

We welcome applicants with a Level 3 HR qualification and offer support to achieve CIPD Level 5. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute radius of the college.
